This incident has been resolved.
From 11:42 to 11:48, 12:02 to 12:10 we had two API 500 error spikes caused by internal DB outage.
During the incident 7% of Drive Classic requests got impacted; and 25% of Drive API requests got impacted. Retries during the time would have worked if the clients have retry logic.
